Our feet are often not honored as they should!
They are that part of our body that bears the most weight, they are our true connection to the earth, and they are the means by which we arrive at our promised lands.
Sometimes they are imprisoned in shoes that are too tight and if misguided, they could transport us into feeling that they divert our true path of life.
In Psalms 119: 105 God teaches,
“Your word is a lamp to my foot and a light to my path.”
A pair of shoes that we should always wear are God’s words.
His teachings are light in our path, they are like illuminated arrows pointing the right way.
Let’s pay attention to the direction of our feet, make sure they are in line with God, make sure they indicate the destination and not the starting point.
