Natural structure

Imitating the structure of natural systems is possible. If in the local natural system there are palms, creepers, large evergreen trees, ‘marginal areas’ with perennial herbaceous species, bulb or tuber plants, and a rich fauna of birds, it will be possible to reconstruct or emulate such a structure in the site. using native species to pioneer, feed birds, or support climbing plants.

It will therefore be possible to introduce palms, creepers, trees, tubers and poultry of greater utility for the settlement (utility intended as food production, crafts, combustible medicines, etc.).

Once understood the natural positioning of arboreal legumes or species windbreak in natural systems, it will be possible to reproduce it in designed systems by finding depleted or degraded alien species – and carefully selecting species with a wider range of uses than that offered by naturally occurring associations.
